Chronicmistake is giving you good advice.  I would just try motrin or tylenol.  It may not work well, but at least when you DON'T take it, you won't have WDs, right?  Just give it a lot of thought before you take anything habit forming.  PLUS......I would not take anything with sub without contacting the doctor!

One more thought.  Do you have a rx for tramadol? I am thinking no or you would not be asking this question.  Tramadol is addictive and if you are already on Sub you do not need to get addicted to another medication.  Try tylenol. :)

I think you need to ask your doctor.  as a nurse Io am pretty sure you are more likely to have seizurey activity if you mix meds. I can warn you that if you try to use any kind of opiate with Sub the opiate will not work.  Please call your doctor to get educated on the medication and safety precautions.  We are not doctors on this forum.
