can some one give me an answer

my nose is healing a bit now but seems to be taking an awful long time, one side is blocked nearly all the time this is the side i didnt realy use up although i did use up there abit just before quitting. (i thought it would mean i could keep using by swaping nostrils at time, stoopid idea) i was wandering if i could have something called a strep? which is not allowing my nose to heal as quick? ive heared this someone but what is this? why else could one side be blocked but not the other and what could i do to help heal/relieve this. It isnt blocked all the time though as it was before but id say 80% of the time just the left side

I am nearly 3 months without cocaine apart from one slip up. any help would be much appreciated.

if it's only blocked and there is not anything else...maybe i can suggest if  you have  tried one of those nasal sprays made of salt marine with water...

it's all natural  you see ? and really good for keeping  the nose unblocked and besides, salt marine is good for healing ...i don't think it can make any harm to you...good luck cause it's so unconfortable this feeling , sí

and in those yoga and oriental shops, they sell some small jars with three  holes  where you put the water with salt and they do the same work but softly...good luck.

My nose is still healing from meth and stuff like coke, etc.  It has been a year with a short slip up.  Chunks of my nose come out scabbed every day when I blow it.  I think you just need to ride it out, talk to your M.D. if they are cool, or try the Ocean nasal spray - it is a good one.

cheers all i guess its just time then tis anoying having one blocked side, yea i have the saline spray it helps i stopped using the spray for a while and blew out some blood the other day so ive bought some more it dont seem to unblock the side thats blocked though it does keep it moisturised i know! x
