can someone point me to

the current "Emily" tramadol detox page? I've been tapering and decided to flush the last four pills. I will need something to do during my insomnia phase.

If you find this cure for insomnia please let us know. I finally slept last night after 3 days. But I had to take a tramadol to get that sleep. Tram is not my drug of choice. I have only had some for around 1 week. But getting off of all the drugs has caused me days of no sleep. And I really want to sleep.

What you are looking for is a journal entry if memory serves me well. I don't know where it is off the top of my head. That being said, I do not suggest you use Tramadol for insomnia. Have you done any research on the drug at all? It IS addictive and can cause serious complications when withdrawing from it.

There are natural supplements that can aid in sleep problems. Stick around and as other members come on they can help you with what worked for them.

I think insomnia is just a part of detox. It doesn't matter that much the opiate or opiate-like drug. Some people have it worse than others. I have been getting a couple of hours in the wee hours of the morning, and I am thankful for that.

Up until I took that tramadol I had 3 hours in 3 days. Wicked insomnia. It's almost to the point of driving me crazy. I just used the tramadol for the night so I could at least get some sleep. I just found out about this drug the other day. It doesn't give me that feeling that I love so much with lortab. It was just something to help me finally get some sleep last night. It was either that or take a lortab. And I know where that would lead.
