cocaine

my friend had a car crash and the nurses at hospital took blood possibly to test for alcohal (alcohol), would cocaine automatically show up in the test as he had taken cocaine 1 and half days before ??

Same thing happened to my sister and they took blood and found alcohol and coke. I think it takes 3 days to for coke to get out of your system.

Bad news is where I'm at they will take you from the hospital right to jail, when you get well enough. The only reason they didn't take my sister is because by the time the police got there she was on her way to the hospital and they couldn't place her behind the wheel.
