cold turkey today

Well it has been 24hrs since my last dose of vics.  I started taking them on May 5 and started abusing immediatly.  I stopped on June 5.  So I took 40-50mgs a day for a month.  Just started with stomach pains.  I took ativan for the anxiety already.  Does any one know how long the wds will last since its only been a month.  I am so ready to get my life back.

well its later in the evening now.  here come the stomach pains.  horrible.  cant wait for whats to come.  LOL.  i have kept very busy, graduation parties, and such.  we will see. who knows what tomorrow brings.

It shouldnt bee too card consider you've only done it for a month....a lot of it is in our minds; if we sit there and expect the worse, we'll get it...just try to be positive and do whetevr you can to keep yourself busy as hard as it is...you can do it...

This is not me first time through wds.  I have always struggled.  I do know that will be hard.  I usually torture myself.  one 2, 3 months off.  them its all over

Won't be very bad. Don't worry.  Had you kept this habit for yrs., another story altogether. Good Luck

hey, maybe we're in the same boat, unfortunatlly. I was on Percs on and of for 2 years, but this last stint was 2 months and about 50-60mg. I too am tking Ativan for the anxiety.

Today is my day 2 and SUPRiSingly, not toooooooo bad. I'm not 100%, but I know from past exprience day 2-4 are the worst. Get some Immodium (yuk). ")
