Aleril is a new natural supplemant for sleep and it works rather well! It contains, melatonin, valerian root and L-Triptophane, all natural and non addicting. It costs about $15 per box and you take 2 before going to bed.

Hi Babydolljoyv.. Welcome to the forum.. Although I do not like disagreeing with Eagle (hugs Eagle) Yes you can have wd symptoms just like I bet your brain is screaming right now !! sleepiness vomiting and so on and a increase of your Bipolar our even  schizophrenia. They should have tapered you as it should not be stopped suddenly. I would takes Sara's advice and speak with your Dr. about meds covered. A friend who stopped them was also very emotional with angry outburst.. try walking calming teas they also sell Valerian Root you might find it helpful for calming it is Natural and can be found in most stores. I wish you well. lesa

I trust you're going through this with a doctor? Not good to even try to stop an Antidepressant, especially seroquel, without medical supervision. Very dangerous. Many WD symptoms related to withdrawal and its recommended to go on a long very careful taper under a doctor's direction. I've never been down that road but have a friend who has. There are a few on here who know way more than I do on this subject. I hope see your post and offer you some better informed info. Stay safe.

Have you talked with your doctor about this?  Maybe there are some other options that your insurance will pay for.
