i was on crank for about a year. i have been off of it now for a month now. my question is when will i feel normal again? i still have cravings and depression. i also have very bad headaches everyday.i would appreciate any info. i can be reached at ***@****

I was an iv crank user, and I have been clean for almost 3 years (in 1 month), I still have cravings after 3 years.  But the first 3 months for me were the hardest.  I would say that after 6 months you should start feeling alot better,maybe even sooner than that.  After 6 months I know I felt totally rested, but also I used basically on a daily basis for way over a year, more lke 3 or 4 years.  Just keep up the good work, have faith, and be strong!!  good luck!!
