Darvon is considered an opiate, but a mild one. However, different people react to it very differently. Some side effects diminish with use. Others linger. Many side effects can be avoided by taking the medicine with a meal and a full glass of water. Unfortunately. many of us on here are trying to quit taking opiates, so your information from this forum may be sparse at best. try the pain management forum..and, if the symptoms persist, call your pharmacist or doctor.
