day 10

Here at day 10 and still very tired no energy but no headache and my nerves are getting better.  I am so used to taking a pill to make my back better and my energy boost that this is been pretty annoying.  Mentally,  I feel ok and hope it just keeps getting better.  Thanks for all the support.

What type of after care would you suggest?  NA?

Energy is usually the last thing to come back but it will so keep hanging in there.  The more you get moving around the quicker you will feel better.  

Congrats on 10 days!!!  You are doing great so keep it going!!  Check into some sort of recovery care.  You will be glad you did........sara

are you doing any kind of aftercare? it can help, especially with the energy thing. congrats on 10 days! that's huge. but keep that clean time with some follow through. all the best! sway
