day 11 and feeling so restless

just wondering is it comon to have this restless feeling i have been all go all day but feel restless like i need to be doing something more

I am currently still using, until I can get my families moved into two homes, which will be about another 2 weeks. I was sober for three months, after taking Suboxone. I remember being so restless, that all I could do was lay in bed and cry. I would suggest some form of counseling, and also try to keep busy. Clean your house, keep a journal of how you feel each day, take a relaxing bath with epsom salt, do something. Anything, but using. Feel free to Pm me. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
