day 11

well this is day 11 and i am starting to be able to eat some solid food. deperission still comes and goes, sleep is helped by ativan. so really hasnt been a bad day so far knocking on wood as i write this hope every1 is having a good day god bless and peace to all.....jolly

Congrats on day 11 and now that you're starting to eat some solid food you will start to feel much better soon. I don't know if you're following the Thomas Recipe, but it honestly helped me alot so maybe you could check it out!!
I'm not sure what your DOC is, but you should start feeling better as everyday passes. You mentioned being on Ativan, is that precribed? I only ask because it's a benzo and is highly addictive. Withdrawls from benzo's are life threatning so I just want to make sure you're well informed. If you've been using it to ease the w/d's then I would suggest that at this point in your recovery that you start to taper down from the Ativan.
I do hope you have a nice evening and enjoy being able to eat again!! I don't know about you but food tasted alot better as the days went by and I was clean!!

Good 4 U!  You'll see your strength come back w/food intake, then the energy so focus on some carbs.

I was one of the few that could eat, and ate myself 10 lbs heavier.  Luckily I took it off, but not right away.  I had to wait for the energy to work at that.
