day 18 off percocet should we stay on thomas reciepe

well weve made it thru day 18 and fatigue hasnt been a big issue the last two days, were out of the thomas recipe and was wondering if we should stay on it or try without it, is it just withdrawls? we use to snort up to 10/325 mg percs a day for over a year and still havent got our smell and taste back, and we dont wanna go back, remembering where we were 18 days a go is good motivation to stay clean we never wanna go thru the withdrawl rolocaster again ,waiting for the next hook up, thanks for all your help,and good luck to all who are starting detox cause life does get better without the devil pills :)

Taking some sort of supplement is a good idea.  I take Ester C, B-6 and B-12.  I started on that early in wd and still take it to this day.

HI Many people stay on the thomas recipe for a wile you may want to move over to the amino acid protcal it is also on the lower right of the screen under health pages the aminos help rebuild your brain....personally I started on whey protein shakes there full of vitamins as well as amino acids along with the protein all of witch the brain needs to heal you can pick up a 2lb can at walmart for 15 bucks the chocolate flavor is good and you just mix it with milk they also cary one for 20 bucks has more of the good stuff in ot but you ned a blender for that one to mix it  if your not already on this stuff start it will giver your body/brain the building blocks to recover quicker....good luck and God bless......Gnarly
