Melatonin and alteril are natural sleep aids. You can also try sleepy time teas. Nothing really seemed to work for me the first little while but they did help later on. They do work for some people though.

And I went back to work (roofing) on day 4 so I know how you feel but just push through the days,get through the nights and it will get better soon.
When I kicked 18 days ago I went to doc few days in and got atavan. Helped me relax and sleep. If you can see a doc it might be helpfull
