day 4 drug free, neurotin helping

Thanks to all of you, this is day 4 of being drug free (of vics).  I also think that the neurotin is helping the anxiety, and definately helping me sleep..also helping the pain in my back.  I'm back on the excercise bike every day.  What a nice change from the 6 months of taking 8 vicodin/day.  I know that many of you took more and for longer....but I am thankful that after 3 attempts at tapering I finally did it.  I also realize that at any time I can call for a refill and start all over again, so, I will keep reading posts on this forum to stay strong!  Thanks again!!!

So happy the neurontin is helping. I mention it a few weeks ago for that reason. I figured if it could help at least one person I better make them aware of it! It really did help me sleep while taking it through withdrawals. Continue to keep us posted on your progress!

GREAT !!!!! I am so happy for you . I have tried to encourage everyone just quiting how much of a difference exercise can make in healing ..
If you read thru posts you will notice that many of the people that have exercise durning detox and after tend to feel better much faster even if it is just mild exercise . Keep it up!!!!!!!
