day 40

Ok so I knew after the weekend I had that I was going to be sore after riding my horse, but wow! I hurt so bad! Just waiting for the Aleve to kick in! lol
Still feeling good just really tired today and no motivation or energy, but I knew that would happen!
I have to just keep pushing ahead no turning back now! I have come to far and do not want to go back to that stupid crazy pill addicted life ever again!
I have muscles that I did not even know I had hurting! It feels like I worked out for hours! lol
Life is Good now and enjoying being sober!

You're doing great! The energy and motivation will slowly return and you'll find that you have more than when you did on pills (without the crash or the grogginess in the morning). Keep moving forward...you're really moving along:).

Thank you spider! I know what you mean I told my husband last night I had 40 days and he looks at me and says and tomorrow you will have 41...not in a nice way! We have each other to vent on you and me!! love you girl!

Wow... Man, that is so good...I hope I get to where you are someday.. this just seems to me to be going on forever.. I can't sleep.. so little sleep.. I'm so tired.. It's nice to hear you are doing so very well!! Way to go!

I took the dogs for 3 runs yesterday and I'm feeling it, which is to say
a lot because I work out pretty regularly.  My hus. was home and I
needed "release" lol

Not feeling good right now but its a different kind of hurting and I am not going to complain! lol Just feel like I worked out for 6 hours straight! I guess I need to ride my horse more! Have not thought about taking pills at all so I am HAPPY!xo

I will take this pain over the pill pain any day!!!First time I road my horse not on pain pills and it was so amazing! So yes I will take this pain any day!
