wasnt too bad... still i am spending alot of time in the bathroom.. :( but, am catching up on some reading..
funny, this is the second time in several years i jumped off. i am a chronic pain patient.
i did not like what the opiates were doing to me.. tolerance, personality..
i was reading about hurricane katrina and the horror stories of folks prescribed opiates that suffered during that time.. it was like 100,000 people in withdrawals. they thought they had an outbreak at the dome but it was withdrawals in most folk.
being a slave to anything is bad. (but starts out great dont it) its comforting to know we are not alone as these boards show..
I am happy to hear you are feeling slightly better...Thats awesome. The sleep thing is a bummer I know..seems like one of the last things to come back, I still have trouble with sleep. It all just takes some time.
Hope you have a great day! Congrats on 12 days, Yay.
Glad to hear you're doing better. Moving around, gettin' stuff done and distraction in general is a good thing. Congrats on 12 days, I'm now @ 14 days(?).
You ain't normal yet however. A few (?) more days and aches and sleep may be normal. Keep up what you're doin', Preach this weekend and pray. It'll do ya good! Keep the faith!
I have ridden bikes for 38 years now. Harley's for 27 yrs. of that time. I was clean shaven for years until I took a 2.5 week cross country trip and grew my goat back. I was shocked that it's white. I still wear it. I guess it's my Freak Flag......HA
