day 7 - electric anxiety!!!

day 7 for shizzle!  i am pretty amazed.  i get a chill & a little sneezing fit here & there but i feel ALOT better.  by back doesn't even hurt, which is unheard of.  my big symptoms now:  this electric anxiety going through my arms & legs.  and no sleep (just an hour or two here and there).  

any comments on this anxiety would be appreciated.  i know we posted last night & someone explained that is adrenaline & to go out, move around, use it up.   i will take a walk this morning (too anxious to just sit here!!!)  but ouch - - i don't ever remember the anxiety being this bad before???

Im going to be jumping from suboxone in the next 7-10 days. Im really nervous. Could you tell me how many mgs you jumped from? I dont think I will be able to get below 2mgs -- still trying though-- thanks!

that's not tooooo bad.  1 week down, 2 to go.  hopefully i will recover similiar to you.

The electricity thing... This was the last annoying little bugger to stick around.  It felt like there was a mild current in my legs and arms, and I'm sorry to say, but nothing helped.  Well, I take that back, I rolled a rolling pin across my legs and it helped a little.  This symptom drove me nuts, I'd wake up hitting my legs. good luck it'll be over soon
