I'm on day 27 off norcos. My energy started coming back at about 2 weeks. Your pretty close. Nothing really worked for my energy, vitamins, etc. I couldn't have energy drinks or caffiene because my restlessness was brutal and I was scared to make it worse. I am just getting my sleep back but my energy is higher than when I was on the meds. Everyday gets a little better, I almost feel completely normal(about 90%) and I'll be 4 weeks tomorrow. Good luck, stick with it, your close.

I recommend L-Tyrosine vitamin part of the Thomas recipe I'm taking 7 and it helps. Give it a try and let me know if it helped.

I really can't help much with vitamins or minerals---I am terrible at taking them myself. It is normally quiet on the weekends, as you can see, so be patient as other members come on and can share with you what worked for them. Mostly, you have to give it time. It's funny, we spend years and years abusing our bodies and minds and we expect to feel better in a week. It doesn't happen like that and I know it is very frustrating. Again, "time" is a word you are going to hate hearing but that is what it will take.

I suggest you try and do some light exercise. Even a brief walk will help. As hard as it may be--push yourself to do it. It will get your endorphins pumping and you will notice a huge difference.

Are you doing anything in the way of aftercare? I know you have heard us talk about here. Any sort of outside support group will help you to learn new coping skills and learn how to live life without the use of drugs. It will also help you to learn about yourself and what triggers you to use.

And of course, keep posting and talking. It does help.

L-Tyrosine with Vitamin B supplement per the Thomas recipe as Plshelp2011, pointed out above. I'm finishing day 5 and it does seem to help.
