day 7 yes and rls no

On day 7 now and feeling great. Been trying to keep myself as busy as I can at work and home to keep my mind from thinking about pills. Only problem I seem to still be dealing with is rls. Valerian root was the answer for me.  I've been able to fall asleep the 2 previous nights (until my newborn wakes up) but ill take what I can get at this point. I tried only taking one valerian pill lastnight and within 2 hours had to POP a few more to relieve rls. Anyone know typically how long rls lasts for during wd process?

It does feel good.  Do you have a regular Dr? Cause you might just need some medicine just for the rls.. I forgot the name and it's not addictive.  If my mom was awake all the way in Cali. I would call her but I'm in Florida and that would tick her off.. LOL   ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm  ? sorry I forgot.. Lol   Keep in touch... your friend in this, Rick Henry........

Thanks Rick, means a lot and way to go for you as well. On day 11 now and for most part the rls has subsided. Still feel a bit restless in legs and arms right before bed but its getting better each day. Still taking valerian root about and hour before which has been the one thing that worked for me. Feels amazing to be in double digits right? Keep it up!
