just updating for those who might care :o)

all is well. completely clean for just shy of eight full days & i have no desire at all whatsoever to go back to where i was.

best thing i did was log the experience of withdrawal on this site & in my journal at home. i look back on the first few days & know i can't go back again.

thank you to all who have been keeping tabs on me! it's great to know i have an awesome support team.

i hope you are all feeling as successful on your own paths! i'm here if you need me; just message me!
