I'm 8 days clean of hydro.  How to keep from relapsing?  When does my energy level come back?

after care is really important , NA meetings, therapist, addiction  specialist....SOMTHING or relapse % are very high......

as for energy ...exercise works miracles ,If you are not on antidepressants you can take a supplement called ltyorosine .......

I take elavil for menopause along w/harmones & temazapam.  I am taking Ltyorosine b/c it's one of the ingredients in the Thomas Recipe which is the only reason why I've made it this far.  w/d's in past were just too aweful.

avis is right,exercise really helps. Good for the body and the mind. I'm starting to also believe her on the whole therapy thing. Yesterday was really tough and if not for some engouraging words of wisdom from her and some others I would be back on day one. The energy will come,eat good,vitamins and water. You'll get that body a kickin again in no time.

STOP TAKING THE LTYRO there is a dangerous interaction between the both it can cause VERY high blood pressure

OMG!  Ok, thanks & how do you know?  I'm ready I think to stop all the ingredients in the recipe b/c I feel w/d are gone.  Please tell me all what you know about the dangers!  Thanks!

I have a site the you put your meds in and it tells you about interactions ....it by medscape its great!!!!!! , it can cause a spike in blood pressure

Wow i did'nt know that about the ltyrosine. Avis would that be the case if I was taking lexapro and ltyrosine. You know how my blood pressure has been.--John

you 2 STOP taking it ...give it a week and have them check your pressure again

I quit taking it when i first started noticing my heart beating fast,it's been about a week and my bp has dropped some. I've been checking it everynight. Thanks for the info. You are a lifesaver.
