Are you drinking enough??   Peppermint Tea is great for stomach upset,if that's what it is.

Take all the usual minerals: Cal/Mag/Zinc/Potassium. It will help the RLS. Also, quinine water (Tonic Water ),bananas,Hyland's Restful Legs at Walgreen's.  Immodium,tums,etc...

Hey!!! I just took a shower!!!!   (yes, that is a new low for me, I no longer have the energy to shower)....but I am on day 2. Its hard and I have been crying, laying around, and doing nothing else. But I fear tomorrow........I really do....
zero energy..... I mean I even have to think about scratching an itch...lol   its that bad...
But, for the past several months, the vicodins gave me energy for 20 min tops, and I felt like crap every day anyway, much like I do right now with no vicodins for 2 days....so I am trying to stay positive but its hard....
Im right here with you..... we must do this. we can, ..

I'm on day 3 1/2... the day I was formerly calling day 4...until I thought about it. I realized day 1 I had a couple of oxys before I ran out.  I really am with you here... as are others who are reading your posts, I'm sure!  Stay strong.  It's really hard... but when you look back, somehow (at least in my case) I really believe the worst is in our own heads.  I think my first couple of days would have been smoother if I'd believed that it is not always the hell we make it out to be.  I have a dear friend, a nurse, who's battled severe pain.  And has a very high tolerance.  He's had to experience this many times.  He told me he is fortunate to also have a high tolerance for the withdrawal, and believes it's only because he BELIEVES he does. Maybe he's got a point.   In any case, you are in my thoughts.  I'm just ahead of you!  Be well and stay strong.  Read a lot, or watch movies....  treat yourself like you've got the flu if you can.  It's doesn't have to be as bad as it can be.  For all that said, remember too, that this is something we don't want to have to go through EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
