DO NOT TAKE melatonin during the day...unless you want to sleep.

You usually take 1 xanax, and 1-3 melatoning (3mg) non-time released about 30 min before bed.

Alot of people wake up a little shaky, because xanax his a hard hitting, fast acting drug and leave you waking up in the middle of the night. So alot of people will take xanax before bedtime, and another melatonin if they wake up in the middle of the night.

PS: Try to work off that Ambein...you might start to find yourself sleep walking here pretty soon if you take it too long.

Great Job on Day 6 !!
God Bless,
Todd

just be careful with the xanax. I feel like I'm in h3ll all over again... not AS bad as when I was on the vicodin...but now I'm in a position where I need to taper again, and that was not my goal! It sure will help you sleep though, especially with the melatonin! 6mg of melatonin worked for me :)
