depression and addiction

i suffer with depression and take 200mg chhloropromazine daily  i also am an addict i abuse anphetamins and have done so for many years i ocassionaly get severly stressed usually somebody close to me dies an i started hearing a vioce in my head that is discussing my symptoms and how im fealing in a conversation to someone unknown but i recently have been hearing the vioce when i have no drugs amphetamins in my system this can last upto 5 days at  a time is there a link with schizaphrenia and amphetamins
