Exercise, it's the best advice I can give.

I'm on day six, coming up to our first week.

The past three days I forced myself to work out. The best day was yesterday when I did a morning work out instead of an evening one. I felt GOOD for the first time since quitting.

Today, my body told me I needed to rest - so I didn't work out.

My mind has just plummeted into head games, loss of motivation, and depression. I've gotta go later now, because I realize how much exercising was helping.

Our brains aren't producing endorphins naturally yet -- there's no natural mood stabilizers in our head (and won't be for some time.) Exercise is one of the few things that will force them to start being produced.

I suggest 20-30 minutes of good to intense cardio. Some weights. Don't go insane, just do what you can - push yourself. I'm a very unhealthy person and have forced myself to do this.
