detox from Tramadol please help

Can someone please tell me how to taper off tramadol?? Or.. should i go back on suboxone and taper off that? Someone said No to that but I am having a hard time tapering off tramadol. Please help.
I think I got off the sub too fast and started taking tramadol to help with the discomfort. I take about 6-7 a day.

I am going to check into a motel at the end of the month. i have a vacation and get away drom job, reesponsibilities, family and try and go cold turkey. i don't know whether to go back on sub

Ok thank you for your time and help. i am feeling desperate today. I just took 2 tramadols
I start that way every morning hoping I can reduce them. It's very hard.
i can't decide which is worse???

which ever you think will be eisier for you .I have never been on sub ,all I know is tram withdrawl is really bad.

Remove one pill every 4 to 7 days ...... as you get down more in pills you may have to go slower .It is very doable....

It helps with "pain". you get a subtle buzz from it but when you stop it's not so subtle.
So.. i need to know. Maybe I should go back on sub?? and start the taper from that? My dr wants me on sub ALL the time but i don't want to be. I don't want to be on anything.
It (tramadol) really isn't that exciting. Just available and takes the edge off.

I just was wondering like alot of people on here that don't know and understand.  If I may ask you how do you get anything from taking ultram?  I have taken it and it is like taking an asprin. I am just wondering how people are getting hooked on it when it does nothing or am I missing something like the others on here.  I would never take it after all the things i have read on here some of us just don't understand what you get out of it.  Is it a high of some sort?  maybe you have to take alot of it?  I just thought I would ask so some of us could understand.
