does anyone know how long it will take me to get clean i've been taking loritabs everyday for about 4 years i can take 5 or 6 at a time and probaly 20 or 30 tramadols a day i'm afraid i'll overdose i need help but cant go to rehab cause i loose my job anyone got any suggestions

I use melatonin to sleep, I find that it helps a bunch and potassium supplements help me with the leg aches.

Be careful with the tramadol, from what I've researched it's like coming off heroin.  I have taken neither of these, but my mother in law takes tramadol as needed.  I did vics, oxys, and hydro cough medicine.  It took me 3 weeks to have energy and 6 days to withdraw.  Now I have days that I'm shot and I take the lazy day-better than drugs-and utilize the good days.  Taper for sure-it makes the wds alot easier.  Look at the Thomas recipe-it works.  Good Luck.

tappering worked well for me.  detox is hard but you can be strong and get thru this.  c/t is gonna be to much with what you were taking to work thru it.  taper would be the way to go i would think but thats just me.  when you cant sleep you can take sevent flower it will help you sleep and lessen the w/ds but you should NEVER take it if your still taking the meds.

I would suggest tapering if rehab is out of the question. Can you go see a doctor to get some help with a taper and some "comfort detox meds" like clonidine and something to help you sleep?? that is my suggestion. Also check out the Health Pages on the right side of the forum, there is an article in there on tapering that you might find helpful. I used it and I got from 10 vicodins down to 3 in a few weeks.

taper the trams you have to taper the trams taper the loritabs also so you can decrease the W/d symptoms. W/D last a bout a week from the opiates will the worst part will be over in a week but won't feel all that great until 14-21 days with the trams it will be about 2 weeks also scroll down and read about the trams that is a big post on it good luck it will take about 4 days for it to be out of a UA if that is what you are asking.
