did i damage my nose from cocaine

so i used cocaine for about a year when i was younger, like 3yrs ago. i don't have a hole in my septum and i never get bloody or runny noses.But i was wondering if there was any other visual symptoms i might possibly have. like anything a doctor will notice when checking my nose

If you feel that you did do damage, wouldn't you want to have a doctor check it? Nowadays they are far more advanced then they were, let's say 20 years ago and they know what to look for and how to treat it. So if you are concerned you may want to get honest with your doctor.
