dihydrocodeine - timetable of agony ??

Hello..
I had been intraveinously injecting nalbuphene hydrochloride (nubain) - an opiate, for about 6 years now.  My supply dried up (for which I am cursing but thankful) and decided to quit.  I stopped that and replaced the jabs with dihydrocodeine tartrate 40mg (2 per day) this went on for about a month.  I stopped taking those 3 days ago, the withdrawal begain in earnest 24 hours later but I'm STILL suffering.  I know all the side effects etc etc but what I wish to know is how long will I have to put up with feeling like **** ?  I have no energy and feel 'down'.  I have 'restless legs' which is 100% times better than the ants under my skin feelings I was getting on the opiate withdrawal but still not exactly a bundle of fun.
When will I begin to feel normal again ?

thanks everyone.

I'd say that the wd's would be similar to those of people kicking fentanyl or morphine...5-7 days for the physical stuff. Oxy was my drug of choice, and it took me 6 days or so to kick the worst of it. All people are different, though. Maybe someone can chime in with experience with this drug...

I personally dont have any experience with nalbuphene hydrochloride.  Its not very common.

is it like synthetic morphine?

it all depends on alot of different things. You will go through ups and downs but just remeber you came this far and it is not worth going through the wd's all over again. Push yourself to do things to keep your mind off of it...and know that we are all here for you.
