diphenhydramine

i took tylenol pm last night and just wanted to know how long it takes until the diphenhydramine gets out of your system because this is one of the things tested for in my urine, even though it is rediculous because I had a headache and needed it.

thanks, yeah they test for it and i cant even bring in the bottle because they think we will get addicted to tylenol pm, pretty stupid.

I was told by a physical therapist that Tylenol PM wears off in only 4 hours.  I don't know how true that is, and she didn't know how long the chemical stays in your system.

It's over the counter!  Bring the bottle for the test.

i have no idea.  i didnt even know they tested for that.  did you try to google it??  i am bumping this to the top incase someone else can help you.  good luck
