disappointment

     Hey I said I would write after I got back from the councillor.So I am writing,not happy about the way things work on this Island.So we are going to try to go without the oxy's from now on.I hope we live though this I don't see much hope but I will try and I will keep everybody informed.I will try to write every day.Wish us luck.Wish I had this computer thre or four years ago because I wouldn't be in this.Thanks for giving us the grade on methadone,I really don't want to trade one drug for the next.Only if I have to,well here that will be in two to three months.They don't have a med-detox on the Island of hell(right now its hell)maybe in 2 weeks it will be great again LOL.Heck we just want to get some time. I am pretty sure you are going to live threw this .It going to be rough but you can do it .take a look at the amino acid protocol and the Thomas recipe they have supplements that might help .You two can make it threw this .

You will get thru this.  It will suk big time but the end result will be worth all the pain and suffering you may feel.......sara
