doxepin.. Anybody been on it. Craving?

I was talking to a friend online and she said that her doc perscribed Doxepin as an antidepressant as well as to help her sleep. Has anyone taken this and what are your thoughts? I'm thinking I'm going to have to see a doc for some help because I am having a hell of a time with the depression and the cravings. I'm on day 4 again and it's consuming my thoughts. I'm trying very very hard to not crave but I cant stop...
