drinking after tonsillectomy

ihad my tonsills removed and 8 days ago and my birthday is coming up in 9 days. my birthday will be 17 days after surgury will ibe able to drink alcohol>?

Sorry, drinking is only allowed BEFORE a tonsillectomy. Didn't anyone tell you that? You should sue!
