drinking and weight gain...........

by Drew, Aug 25, 1999 12:00AM
I went from (5'8)160 to 170lbs in the past 2 yrs. Most of it went to the o' beer belly, but some of it went to the facial area too. My cheeks seem slightly heavier after a night of drinking. Just wondering if alcohol would cause slight swelling or is it just those extra 10lbs? I have been following the "14 a week/no more than 4 a day" program for 2 months. Also eating better and working out a little bit. Stiil no progress. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.........Drew
