You seem very concerned about a few meds. The meds you named definitely can be habit forming if they are taken regularly, for a long period of time (usually a few weeks or more, this varies from person to person).
Are you prescribed these meds? Do you abuse them? Take more than prescribed? There's a difference between "addiction" and "dependency". Dependency is where, after a period of time, your body NEEDS the medication, and if it doesn't have it, you will experience w/ds.
Addiction is categorzied by maladaptive behavior that is typically out of character for the person, including doing things that are harmful, without any regard for the consequences, in order to get the drug. Addiction includes mental cravings for the meds, where dependency is almost always just physical in nature.
It's important for you to determine which category you would fit into, if indeed this is even a concern for you. What meds have you been taking, at what dose, and for how long?
If you could elaborate a bit, we'd be better able to offer some advice.
