I should clarify my previous answer, Subs will sometimes show up as opiate due to its metabolites. That being said I agree with nursegirl it depends on whether its a five-panel or twelve-panel screen as there are special techniues used for the 12-panel screen. BTW if you are abusing drugs or using as prescribed they will find out so just be honest.

There is no clear yes or no answer here.  It totally depends on the test.  Most tox screens (like pre-employment drug screens) do NOT test for bupe, a special test that includes it must be done (either in the form of a dipstick test or using a special test cup that includes bupe).

It's impossible to know whether a tox screen you're having done is going to include that, as more places are testing for it.  

Honesty is always the best policy, if you're taking a drug test for whatever reason be honest about what they could find.
