drink tons of water, exercise and hope for the best....most of the stuff that is advertised to pass a drug test is a waste of money.  Sometimes it is gone quicker in a regular user than in one that just uses very occassionally and often in a week...I don't know why though...it just depends on each person and metabolism.  the faster you can get your metabolism to work the better.  It doesn't sound like you are overweight so that should help as well.  I think you will find it harder to not use again than to pass the test.  I went c/t years ago with a similar habit and basically lost it.  Your brain is used to having it and it alters reality.  It'll take a while, but once your mind adjusts you'll have more energy.

I'd say you're going to be close. My friend just used recreationally and he popped positive at 31 days. Prolonged use makes it take even longer to remove.

You've got one thing in your favor...  You're a string bean!  Pot is stored in the fat in your body.  Obviously, the heavier you are the longer you will store the pot.  With a weeks worth of excercise you will lose any that may be stored in what little fat you have.  I'm assuming that you are of normal height for your age.  If you're 116lbs and 3 1/2 feet you might be in trouble.  Everyone says to drink plenty of water but quite frankly that just does not help when dealing with weed.

It is NOT water soluable and will not break down by drinking lots of fluids.  You'll just dilute your test and have to re-take it.  Some companies will consider a diluted test as positive so you've got to be careful.  Lots and lots of excercise.  That is really your only answer.
