Its been 2 day and it feels like I'm dyeing, Insomnia, hallucination, extra saliva in my mouth and throat, crying no motivation my bones and skin are very cold freezing then profusely sweating it is something else. I have no appetite and trying to hydrate but it hard to swallow The pain is sever and I want to put the patch back on. But I keep thinking if I go into to a rehab place am I going to die. Feel so alone and have no one to support me. Please dear Lord I pray take me away.

Today was the first day in 5 years I feel good except for the pain in my back.I did get an appointment with Neurosurgeon for Monday. Finally I should get the answer I need. I promise you all even if I have to have surgery I will never go on any opiates again in my life. This was a battle with my mental and physical state that I would never wish on anyone. If I could do this Cold Turkey and still be here feeling like I did before Mentally you all can do this just remember it a substance that mess up the chemicals that your body will normally produce. I have to admit there are times that you seem you cant do it but the more that medication is coming out of your bodies the more mentally you want your life to end. Please never take your life away over a substance. You may feel like death and believe me I did. But there is a shinning light at the end. Please everyone take the 2 weeks and clean your body from these toxin that it seems all Doctor's answer to fixing medical problems and covering up what they should be doing is treating and studying on how to fix our problems with natural substances instead of big corporation greed to push a pill down our throats. Good Luck to you all who are out here and on here trying to get the help you need. I know I couldn't afford to get the help I need by going into a hospital or rehab because of financial burden. Hang in there and keep writing whats going on with you it helps to write and get your feeling out. This is a big success for me to be clean from these toxins. Hi!  If you go to rehab, they will help you with some comfort meds and monitor your blood pressure, heart rate and any anxiety or depression you might have.  That's what they are there to do.  Obviously, it's not a cure-all, but it can help if you're having such a hard time that you can't take it.  Duragesic is one of the strongest meds available, so it's not going to be comfortable to come off of no matter what.  The best thing you can do for yourself right now is take a lot of hot baths, stay hydrated and read the Thomas Recipe and get as many of the ingredients you can from it.  Take them religiously.  I used most of them, and I didn't believe it, but it does help.  Come here for any questions or support!  Day 2 is halfway there.  Hang in there!

.  I know how you feel, although I don't know your story.  Like why you took it, and how much you took.  Is there anyway, you could wean yourself off it rather that go cold turkey.
