energy

is there anything out there to give one some Energy????  i can drink a whole pot of coffee and fall asleep...caf. doesn't help...i have tried multi vitamins with energy...all types of vitamins..every type of B vitamin...those little energy shots dont do a thing for me ... nothing seems to help...that is why i was taking the percs...for the energy... i would buzz around and get all my work done...now its such a struggle to get things accomplished...
any suggestions??  thanks so much.

im in the same situation...energy low some days pretty high.  i take a regime of vitamins also.  i take B 12 and B complex mix and a multi.  it takes me forever to do the things it used to take a short time.  i guess it s something we have to deal with.  im still struggling to get it back.  if you find anything out let me know please..thanks and good luck..maria

ohhh..remembering now...Provigil was a life saver./mood enhancer/not an amphetamine and not habit forming..i got a scrip but can be found at good health pharmacy..being researched as an AD right now for the USA   OTC in other countries other than the USA

i take the 5htp and the tyrosine and a bunch of other things...i never had high energy levels that is why i liked the percs so much...maybe it just who i am and will always be blah...
