excedrin pm

ok i got the tramadol and now im scared. what if i just try something like Excedrin pm aren't those strong enough to produce sleep and relieve some pain?

Yes it works for some people its worth a shot..  I personally did fine with Valerian root extract and Melatonin from the health food store..

Tylenol pm works for me.  It made me fall asleep when I was having a real hard time falling asleep from the wds.

Tylenol PM gets me to sleep but I can only sleep for 4 hours or so at a time.  Even if I take 1.5 of them I still only stay asleep for half as long as I'd like.

How about Melatonin ?  I've heard that liquid Melatonin works great. It's more expensive than pill form but it supposedly works faster and better. They sell it at most healh food stores.
