extreme suicide withdrawl(withdrawal)

I have been on vicodin 750mg 4 times a day for 4 years i tried weaning off went to detoxes and tried weaning but canno get off vicodin. i have sever anxiety and depression , when i try getting off the pills i get so depressed suicide feels the only option. noone understands how severe this depression gets. i have no hope.

It sounds like a good psychiatrist or in-patient program might be good.  Is this an option?

welcome...Are you taking an anti-depressent??  4 pills a day should not be to bad for detoxing, but it seems like it is the mental  part after that u are having a hard time with...Have u been honest with you doctor about these suicide thought?   Please talk to your doctor about this...

We all get some anxiety and depression when we detox and I have also contemplated suicide but dismissed the thought realizing that I have family and friends that love and need me. If you are frequently thinking these thoughts of suicide you need to get help NOW. There is a high rate of suicide with drog and alcohol addiction and you don't want to end your life because these feelings although they can be severe and overwhelming will not last. Many people need help getting through this. It's really tough. Please concider getting some professional help to see you through this. There is always hope. It's really hard to see when you are depressed. This is your only life and you will regain the happiness you have had in the past. You just need some help until you get to that point. What you need to do is get yourself to someplace today where they can help you. Even if this means going to the ER. Where I'm at if you tell a cop you want to kill yourself they will "Baker Act" you. Many years ago I was living with an abusive husband and the police came out because he was yelling at me and I said I would rather be dead than married to you. The police took my husband to jail and took me to a hospital for evaluation. I never had any intentions of hurting myself at that moment but for months things were so bad I did consider ending my life because like you felt hopeless and alone.

Please go to the hospital today and tell them you having been thinking about suicide and you need help. There are so many new things they can give you these days to help.
. I'm telling you the same thing I would as if you were my daughter and that is to get up and get dressed and go to the hospital now.
