Is there any general timeframe for how long the fatigue lasts from opiate and tramadol withdrawal

The timeframe depends a lot on how much you were on and how long you have been on them.  All the research tells you that the worst is from 24-72 hours but I as well as other people in this forum will tell you that withdrawals can last a lot longer.  You just have to stick with it.  Just know that it gets better everyday.

I heard the fatigue is the last symptom of withdrawal.SO you are there. Are you sleeping well? What  were you taking? How long? MAYbe it's time to try natural remedies for fatigue.  I have heard about somethings to help with fatigue.I will look and post back. Ruthie

I have heard 6 months to 1 year, possibly. It gets better slowly, but i think this is not a quick fix!

I am 5+weeks and still have days where i have no energy OR motivation!!!

One day at a time....keep moving forward!

OOOHHH I know that oh so well!!! I feel like I can't do anything it takes alot of work just to get myself to boot up my computer. I have left my laptop alone just so I'll come into my office to get on my desktop trying to return some normalcy to my day. It takes a few days to start moving a little, maybe your sitaution is different though I also had a spinal cord injury and have difficulty with mobility so it takes a little extra work on my part. I am detoxing from Morph and such so I can just tell you I am just getting motivated and I am on day 5 of this. Cheers
