feel to good when will withdrawal kick in??

Hi, I've been on about 30mg oxy and 20mg hydrocodone for around 6 months daily.  before that i was on about 20-30mg hydro for around 1 1/2 years.  it has been 24 hours since my last dose and wondering why i still don't feel horrible.  i have detoxed from heroin 3 times and it was always awful.  i've taken about 6 loperamide tablets (immodium a-d) in the last 24 hours.  i feel crappy sweaty and weak but not as bad as i thought.  just wondering if anyone had any ideas about when my peak withdrawal will kick in ...thank you

You know it's funny that you mention that.  My first withdrawal from hydro's was by far the worst.  Ot at least I think it was.  My memory of it is so vivid.  Everytime after that I had to go cold turkey - not quite as bad.  I mean I still felt like cr*p but not like the first time.  By the way - my days 2 and 3 are usually the worst physically.  I think that is how long it takes for the drug to be out of your system.  I hope you continue to improve!

wondering what will happen if i take 2.5 mg hydro today...will i go  back to the beginning of withdrawal or what??

Probably not but you will prolong the agony (or at least discomfort).  Just hang in there and don't pop a pill, ok?
