fingers feel weird after smoking wed

ive been smokin really good weed for about 2 months straight and when i stop smoking. the next day i didnt have any feelin in my fingers. as if i couldnt feel texture or anything. it doesnt happen when im high it only happens when im sober. its like i cant feel anything at all. i bite my fingers and i cant feel pain. i cant get a good grip on anything its feel almost as if my fingers are dead
anyone know wat i can do to stop this? please its been going on for two weeks it freaks me out!

weed affects people differently, it is not as safe as people assume. It can have adverse mental side affects, and the brain is a very powerful thing indeed. It can fabricate sensations, or in your cause, the lack of them from nowhere. You are probably getting paranoid due to smoking weed, so maybe you should stay away from it all together. If you do and a month down the line you still have no feeling in your fingers, go and see a doctor..
