flu sick/ cold?

does anyone that got off pills find that colds/flus hit harder and stay longer? ive been sick now for over a week and my throat is killing me coughing hurts bad i just dont know if my immune system is worse off now and it will take me longer or is this just normal ? i just found that on pills my sinus's were better no allergies and i didnt get sick

my sinuses have been a disaster since coming off...

i imagine your (our) immune system has been compromised, but i don't know for sure.

honestly, yesterday i felt like i was actually coming down with this thing that's going around too (it was worse than the normal stuff...)  i loaded up on Airborne and Zycam and oilia!  i think i nipped it in the bud...

i can't stress enough to keep that stuff around..

get lot's of sleep and fluids.  it's really all you can do... (i think?)  i've also been eating buttloads of viatmins (yes, i said buttloads...)

it may just be part of getting back to normal + your regular cold/flu...keep hydrated and take vitamins :D
