found flexeril

Does anyone know if flexeril helps at all with w/ds

Flexeril didnt do anything at all for me - you may want to try it though - it might help sleep if taken around bedtime........its not dangerous at least........

That is the same thing as a soma right, I thought they were pain releivers and could trigger w/d's again.

I think they are just muscle relaxers but I am not sure.

They are similar to soma - not as strong - flexeril is cyclobenzaprine (check spell)and soma is carisprodol.......nothing narcotic about them,,,,,they wont set off w/d's

dee, it should help with the muscle aches ,I used zanaflex when I was in WD  it really helped me.

Ok, if they are non-narcotic then no w/d's from them then.  They should help you sleep if nothing just don't abuse them...I'd reccomend getting some melatonin from the vitamin shoppe or GNC to help sleep too instead of worrying about abusing something else all together.

I have some of those. They have always made me sleep.

yes, they would be fine to take whilst tapering

I have flexeril and do think it could aid with sleep and anxiety...maybe rls to some extent as well...it definitely slows me down
