Ok, I guess you already know how hard it is, but it is totally doable! Go to the health pages and look at the Thomas Recipe and amino acid protocol. Lots of good info there. Take hot baths as often as you can and when you feel like it, get some exercise.
Drink a bunch of gatorade and apple juice. Don't want to get dehydrated. Hyland's Restful Legs or Leg Cramps is GREAT for RLS.
