getting started, rather getting stopped

My wife in on several medications for severe back pain. Methadone, zanafles and others. The methadone isn't as much of aproblem right now as the zanaflex is. Her workman's comp doctor is not really very good at helping manage these issues. Any suggestions where to start getting her off the zanaflex safely? I set her pills up in a weekly organizer and she ran thru 4 days worth in 2 days. She has purchased many bottles over the internet, maxing out a few credit cards. Its time to stop, but i am at my ropes end before she is.

Do you mean the muscle relaxer zanaflex?

If she isn't ready to stop, you are going to have a difficult time. It seems she finds ways of getting these meds, regardless. Why isn't the methadone an issue right now?

Hopefully someone will come along and have some suggestions for you.
