glutamine

somewhere i read about glutamine helping with detox or helping you feel better after detox.  i am coming off tramadol. anyone know anything?

i know absolutely nothing about tramadol. but the l-glutamine has been great. i have been taking it since quitting hydros last dec. if i go for a week or 2 not taking them i can tell the difference. my thinking is quicker and much clearer with them and i think they may even give a little energy or that is from the good food diet. the l-theanine is good for detoxing, it helps to calm you down.

but now everything i am not sure is good to mix with tramadol withdrawl (withdrawal) or not.

thanks a ton,  i am getting the restless leg syndrome since i took the glutamine.  i dont' know if that is connected or not.  i'll experiment.  any other tips?
