Its wannabfe2b, found that massage really helps with pain in back, the therapist told me i was a mess, and wow guys i was pain free most of the day, i would rather spend the money on a massage then those damn pills.  I am down to two pills left, and for some stupid reason, hanging on to them for an emergency.  I know i should just toss them, but i am going to try an NA meeting here soon, there is one tommorow night, but its our anniversay, going to go and just listen for the first time.  Im doing fine without one today, and DONT want a refill.  Just thought someone on here might go try a massage if they are in w/d, or in alot of pain.  it does help.  thanks all keep you posted.

hi im so glad you found some releaf for your pain massages rock they have helped me when I was still sick coming off the methadone my daughter got me one....what a difference it made in how I felt....I suffer lower back pain.....now that im off narcotics It is less then b/4
but it still troubles me from time to time....I also find it to be a big trigger to use I always think if I just had a 1/2 dozzen pills it wouldn't hurt...but then I would be emotionally dead its just not worth it cravings su ck your going to do fine coming off this stuff you will have a new life to look forward to and you wont be chained to a pill bottle anymore the N/A meeting is a great idea and for most of us makes the difference in making it or not...BTW happy anniversary this last one was 28yrs for me and the first one in 16yrs clean and sober
